📦 Eligibility for Replacement

You are eligible for a free replacement if the product you received:

  • Is damaged, broken, or defective
  • Is incorrect, incomplete, or not as described

⚠️ Replacements are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color/packaging
  • Items reported after the return window has expired

⏳ Timeframe for Replacement Request

All replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

📩 How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

  • Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • Send a clear video showing the product issue.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm your eligibility.

Replacement Options

If approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Option A: Return the product within 2 working days (self-ship) for a replacement.
  • Option B: We schedule a courier pickup within 14 working days. Please pack the item properly for collection.
Note: Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories/manuals included.

💰 Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds. Only replacements are processed for eligible claims.
